I had the privilege to be part of a week long Erasmus Coach Development programme in Amsterdam a collaboration between Squash Ireland and Rick King Coaching. It's hard to fully describe in the few sentences the full immersive experience that Rich and his team delivered other than to say his depth of experience and understanding of squash and squash players is second to none. Rich has a very keen eye when it comes to identifying the exact area for improvement in your game be it a technical issue, a movement issue and this together with a clear way of expressing and teaching this question makes Rich a world class coach. Rich also has the innate ability to relate to different personalities types and playing levels and over the week made all ten of us better coaches and indeed better people for the experience and for sure better equipped to help others on their squash journeys. Rich is the real deal, so experienced in coaching at all levels of the game and brings his professionalism to everyone he meets on court. A lovely relaxed manner and so capable of adapting to challenges presenting themselves on or off the court. An inspiring man to say the least. Keep up the good work Rich
